Milly McPherson is a 21 year old, singer-songwriter who hails from Sydney’s east. Her voice and song draw influence from folk, indie and rock genres, in her intimate contemplations of the only too well known messes of young love and loss.
McPherson was recently recognised as one of the “hardest gigging musicians of 2024”, as her shows continue to attract attention across Sydney’s music scene. One of the artist’s performance highlights of that year includes headlining the annual Jack Daniels music event at the Oxford Arts Factory.
The young singer’s act is joined by bandmates, Sunny Capron, Ben Gordon, Audrey Barker and Oliver Ashby, who have worked alongside McPherson since the band’s inception in 2023.
McPherson’s debut album ‘Avoca’ photographed by Rosa Griffith, is set to be released in May 2025.
